Ajika (Hot sauce)
Hot sauce prepared according to an old recipe from eastern Georgia. It is a blend of high quality red pepper, garlic and / or spicy herbs that give it a unique aroma and flavor. Adjika gives a special taste to all dishes made from beef, lamb and chicken, as well as fried potatoes. Even one spoonful of adjika spices up your soup, pasta, and simple sandwich.
